Clonaslee Parish

This is a sample of some parish records. Some are from the building of the church in 1813 and collections for it in 1810.
The money is in £(pounds) ,S(shillings) and D(pence) . A pound was €1.27 in present day money , a shilling about 6 cents (20 in a pound) and a penny about half a cent(12 in a shilling).
Please note : The 1810& 1813 records are copied from "The Meadow by the Way" history byClonaslee B.N.S 1986 which has faded. .They are not great quality .They in turn were copied from the original manuscript which is missing.
